Important travel information

This event remains popular with visitors and as a result the roads around Preston Park can become busy over the weekend, especially during good weather and when the event first opens.  We would ask motorists to remain patient during this time and please ensure you park legally and sensibly, whilst adhering to any restrictions in place for the event. There is limited free parking at the event, available on a first come, first served.

Where possible, we would recommend walking or utilising public transport. You can visit Connect Tees Valley site to help you find the best options for your journey or why not park in Stockton town centre and complete your journey by bus?

Park + Ride Offer

We've teamed-up with Arriva North East to offer discounted travel and entry to the event. Plus, you can park in any Stockton Town Centre council long stay car park for FREE during the weekend, and simply hop on the bus to avoid the hassle of finding a space at the event.

  • Buses will run up to every 10 minutes on both Saturday and Sunday between Stockton Town Centre and Preston Park Museum and Grounds.
  • A discounted Family Day bus ticket will be on offer, priced at just £6 allowing a family of up to five (2 adults and upto 3 children) travel to and from the event, plus you'll benefit from a 50p reduction in entry fee per person, on production of a valid bus ticket.
